Ans. Business communication is the sharing of information between people within an organization that is performed for the commercial benefit of the organization. It can also be defined as relaying of information within a business by its people.The main purposes of business communication are

• Initiate to change in an organization
• Develop a labor-management relationship
• Education and training of employees
• Persuasion
• Coordination and cooperation
• Formulation and execution of the plan.
